Pen & Paper Game Night: Imaginative Adventures for Kids in Cologne

Imaginative Adventures for Kids in Cologne-Ehrenfeld

When the dice roll, a shared family experience full of imagination, curiosity, and children's laughter begins: During the Pen & Paper game night at the district library Ehrenfeld, children aged 8 to 12 create a story together and experience it as their own heroines and heroes.

A Journey into Self-Invented Worlds

Pens, paper, dice, and imagination are enough to turn ideas into an exciting adventure. The children slip into imaginative roles, make decisions, and actively shape the course of the story. Each round develops differently – this is exactly what makes this child-friendly game night so appealing.

Playing, Telling, and Finding Solutions Together

Pen & Paper combines creative storytelling with teamwork. Children listen to each other, contribute their own suggestions, and see how many ideas come together to create a shared plot. This age-appropriate learning experience strengthens communication, imagination, and social development in a playful way.

Fun with Educational Value

The children try out different roles, solve challenges as a team, and learn how important consideration and joint planning are. The protected setting of the library provides a quiet environment for focused fun and creative discoveries.
